LRO is to educate and enable our youth to reject illicit drugs. This goal includes preventing drug use and encouraging occasional users to discontinue use.

Ultimately, the objective is to construct an institutional anti-corruption system that includes prevention measures; measures to detect and sanction corrupt practices when they do occur; and measures to engage citizens in these efforts.

Civil Law
